Flex Power Modules celebrates Factory of Choice certification

Our factory in the Jiading District, Shanghai, has received the Factory of Choice certification by Responsible Business Alliance, RBA.

This certification signifies the facility’s commitment to upholding the highest standards in supply chain management, labor practices, health and safety, environmental responsibility, and ethics.

The RBA certification demonstrates that the Flex Power Modules factory in Shanghai has effectively implemented key worker communication programs, robust management systems, and stringent health and safety protocols. This certification also reflects the facility’s efforts in maintaining excellence in operational management, staff working conditions, and fair treatment of employees. Additionally, it underscores the importance of addressing corrective action plans for continuous improvement.
