PMD series
3A (PMD4000) / 2.25A (PMD5000) Non-Isolated DC/DC PoL Regulator
The PMD series are POLATM compliant non-isolated DC/DC PoL regulator in the POLA standard footprint, 18.92x12.57mm (0.745 x 0.495 inch). They offer a Vout range between 0.9-3.6V (PMD4000) / 0.9-5.5V (PMD5000) and a wide Vin range from 4.5-14V. It's typically used in Intermediate Bus Architectures found in industrial, telecom and datacom applications.
These converters can deliver up to 3 A and have a high efficiency up to 93% typical at 12Vin / 5Vout / 100% load (PMD5000).
The PMD series can operate over a temperature range from -40°C up to +85°C and offers an MTBF of up to 4.84 million hours.
