PMM series
50-60A Non-Isolated DC/DC PoL Regulator
The PMM series are POLATM compliant non-isolated DC/DC PoL regulators in the POLA standard footprint, 52×26.7×9.07mm (2.05×1.05×0.357in). They offer a Vout range between 0.8-2.5V (PMM4000 series) or 0.8-5.5V (PMM8000 series). Vin range from 2.95-3.65V (PMM4000 series) or 8-14V (PMM8000 series).
These converters can deliver up to 60A (PMM4000) or 50A (PMM8000 series), and have a high efficiency up to 94.5% typical at 3.3Vin/ 2.5Vout / 50% load (PMM4000 series).
The PMM series can operate over a temperature range from -40°C up to +85°C and offers an MTBF of up to 1.27 million hours.
