PMN series
30A Non-Isolated DC/DC PoL Regulator
The PMN series are POLATM compliant non-isolated DC/DC PoL regulators in the POLA standard footprint, 34.8×15.75×8.5mm (1.37×0.62×0.335in). They offer a Vout range between 0.7-3.6V (PMN5000 series/PMN8000 series). Vin ranges from 4.5-5.5V (PMN5000 series) or 5.5-14V (PMN8000 series).
These converters can deliver up to 30A (PMN5000/PMN8000 series), and have a high efficiency up to 96.4% typical at 5Vin / 3.3Vout / 50% load (PMN5000 series).
The PMN series can operate over a temperature range from -40°C up to +85°C and offers an MTBF of up to 4.6 million hours.
