PUB-M series
1-2W SMD Isolated Unregulated DC/DC Converter
The PUB-M series is a range of isolated, unregulated 1-2W DC/DC converters suitable for the Industrial, Transportation, Telecom and Datacom markets.
Housed in an industry standard SMD package, these devices are available with fixed input voltages of 5V, 12V & 24V, and a single output voltage of 5V and 12V. They offer an input to output isolation level of 3000Vdc, and no minimum load is required for operation.
Efficiency levels are up to 86.5% at 24Vin/12Vout/100% load, and operating temperature range is -40°C to +110°C. Additional features include output short-circuit protection and safety compliance to EN/UL62368-1. MTBF is as high as 17.9Mhrs.
