BMR461 series
6-18A Non-Isolated Digital DC/DC PoL Converter
The BMR461 series is a digital non-isolated DC/DC PoL converter in a 12.2mm x 12.2mm package. They offer a Vout range between 0.6-5.0V and a wide Vin range from 4.5-14V typically used in Intermediate Bus Architectures found in industrial, telecom and datacom applications.
These converters can deliver up to 18A and have a high efficiency up to 95.6% typical at 12Vin / 5Vout / 100% load.
The BMR461 series can operate over a temperature range from -40°C up to +120°C and offers an MTBF of up to 24 million hours.
Standard features for this model include configuration, control and monitoring via PMBus®, auto compensation of the feedback loop, frequency synchronization, phase spreading/interleaving, voltage tracking and voltage margining.
The BMR461 is supported by our own Flex Power Designer tool.
Evaluation of the BMR461 can be performed using the ROA17003 Eval Board.
