BMR467 series
120A Non-Isolated Digital DC/DC PoL Converter
The BMR467 series is a digital non-isolated DC/DC PoL converter in a 50.8mm x 19.05mm package (horizontal mount variant). They offer a Vout range between 0.6-1.8V and a wide Vin range from 7.5-14V typically used in Intermediate Bus Architectures found in industrial, telecom and datacom applications.
These converters can deliver up to 120A and have a high efficiency up to 93.2% typical at 12Vin / 1.8Vout / 50% load. They are available for both horizontal mount orientation (both SMD & PTH) and vertical mount SIP orientation.
The BMR467 series can operate over a temperature range from -40°C up to +125°C and offers an MTBF of up to 10.5 million hours.
Standard features for this model include configuration, control and monitoring via PMBus®, user configurable compensation of the feedback loop, frequency synchronization, phase spreading/interleaving, voltage tracking and voltage margining.
The BMR467 is supported by our own Flex Power Designer tool.
Evaluation of the SIP variants of the BMR467 can be performed using the ROA17064 Eval Board.
